The key challenge of this office suite renovation was to provide the energy efficient working space while staying within the client’s modest budget. Materials and design details were carefully selected to reflect the simple and modern aesthetic while staying within the budget. Min Engineering actively participated in the design and construction. Key features are the exposed wood truss ceiling, open work space, super efficient ductless mechanical system and a modish main lobby.
