He has practiced architecture in India and United States. He is involved with all project phases, from schematic design to construction administration, leading to a depth of knowledge with the design process. Experience with health care clients has honed his sensitivity to budget and efficiency. He is committed to practical sustainable design solutions and remains informed through his membership in U.S. Green Building Council [USGBC]. His commitment to the community resulted in his being named "Volunteer of the Year" by the Neighborhood Design Center for 2003. Major focus for Mr. Belgi is project management and Business development with a special focus on client relationships.

Sang H. Lee, the Principal of the firm, has participated in the design of a variety of project types including adaptive re-use, recreation and community centers, housing projects, healthcare facilities and mixed use buildings during his 12 years of architectural design experience. He has been involved in various project phases from feasibility study & planning to construction administration satisfying client's needs in each project phases. In his design he searches for rationality and originality derived from clear structural forms and efficient systems of building while striving to create an aesthetic that reflects simplicity in rich modernism. Mr. Lee is an active volunteer at his church and provides continuous service in community improvement. Mr. Lee is a true believer in working collaboratively with the clients in setting and meeting realistic goals.
